Performance Builders & Developers Corporation (PBDC) is a private corporation duly registered and existing under the laws of the Philippines, with PCAB license number 5303 and with principal office at #34 Emerald Street Fairview Park, Quezon City.

PBDC was founded in September 13,1979 by its late Board Chairman, ENGR. PERCIVAL P. MORALES, a Mapua Institute of Technology CLASS 1958 Civil Engineering graduate with PRC No. 5713. After implementing various government and private infrastructure projects vigorously and religiously and without slippages on record, PBDC grew and these were achieved through hard work, honesty, competence and fair dealing with our clients and suppliers throughout its existence.
